3D CIRCUIT MODULE SOLUTIONS

The Electronics and Electrical Devices Division specializes in advanced circuit technologies that enable 3D circuits to be integrated into injection-molded plastic materials (such as ABS, PC, PBT, PA, etc.).
We manufacture products based on our proprietary MID (Molded Interconnect Device) and MDM (Molding Direct Mounting) technologies.

전자·전장 부서는 범용 플라스틱 소재 (ABS, PC, PBT, PA 등)의 사출 성형품에 3차원 회로가 구현되는 신기술 회로 기술을 지니고 자체 개발 및 운영하는 MID(Molded Interconnect Device)와 MDM(Molding Direct Mounting) 을 바탕으로 제품을 생산합니다.

We create eco-friendly materials for electric vehicles, specializing in safe and reliable battery insulation. Our focus is on advanced materials, efficient manufacturing, and precise tools, ensuring top performance through simulations.
We also produce high-voltage insulation sheets, ICB modules, and BDU covers for vehicle batteries, supporting the growth of electric vehicle technology.

ISLAND CHROME PLATING SOLUTIONS

BSTECHNICS has developed an innovative technology that overcomes the limitations of conventional double-injection electroplating. By integrating pad printing masking and etching with single-injection electro-chrome plating, this method enables the creation of intricate island-like designs for logos, text, and symbols.
Particularly suited for light-transmitting injection-molded parts, this technology is widely applied in various devices and automotive components.

기존의 이중 사출을 이용한 일반적인 전기 도금방식의 한계를 극복한 비에스테크닉스의 기술로,
